Hi, I'm Dr. Aisha Manji.
I'm a naturopathic doctor with over 15 years of experience, and I believe that feeling heard and understood is an important part of healthcare.
My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help women better understand their health. I love helping women feel more confident in their health decisions and supported as they work toward feeling more like themselves.
My journey into naturopathic medicine
My interest in natural medicine began long before I became a naturopathic doctor.
Growing up on a farm, I developed an appreciation for medicinal herbs and plants. My mother and my Opa (German grandfather) introduced me to traditional natural remedies, which had been part of our family for generations.
As a teenager and into my twenties, I struggled with cystic acne. Frustrated by conventional skincare products, I began exploring natural approaches, making my own clay and herbal masks and becoming curious about how overall health influences the skin.
Those experiences deepened my interest in understanding health from a broader perspective. When I discovered naturopathic medicine, it felt like a natural fit, bringing together my appreciation for traditional remedies with a formal education in healthcare.

What matters most to me
One of the most meaningful parts of my work is taking the time to truly listen.
Many women come to me feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or unsure why they no longer feel like themselves. I want them to feel heard, taken seriously, and comfortable sharing their concerns. I also believe that understanding your health is an important part of feeling confident in the decisions you make.
Above all, I want women to leave our conversations feeling supported, encouraged, and hopeful about the possibilities for their health.
