During this brief virtual conversation, you can share what you're looking for, learn more about my approach to naturopathic care, and ask questions about working together.
This is an introductory conversation, not a medical consultation.
What can I expect during my first naturopathic consultation?
Your first consultation is an opportunity for us to explore your health concerns in depth.
We'll discuss your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and health goals so I can better understand your individual needs.
Depending on your circumstances, we may also discuss whether additional testing would be helpful.
Together, we'll begin developing a personalized approach to supporting your health and well-being.
Do I need to live in Alberta to book an appointment?
Yes. I currently offer virtual naturopathic consultations exclusively to patients residing in Alberta.
All appointments take place online, so you can attend from the comfort of your home without travelling to a clinic.
Are naturopathic consultations covered by insurance?
Many extended health insurance plans offer coverage for naturopathic consultations, depending on your individual policy.
Coverage varies by provider and plan, and may not cover the full consultation fee. I recommend confirming your naturopathic benefits with your insurance company before your appointment.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes! I offer direct billing to many major Canadian insurance providers, including Canada Life, Manulife, Sun Life, Desjardins, Alberta Blue Cross, GreenShield, ASEBP and Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance.
I'm currently unable to direct bill Pacific Blue Cross. If direct billing isn't available through your plan, I can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
How much do naturopathic consultations cost?
Consultation fees vary depending on the type and length of your appointment.

Do you have access to my Alberta Netcare records?
No, I do not currently have access to Alberta Netcare.
If you have recent blood work, imaging reports or other relevant medical records, I may ask you to share copies securely before or during your consultation. This helps me better understand your health history and consider any relevant findings as part of your care.
Where can I purchase supplements?
You are welcome to purchase supplements from a retailer of your choice.
I also offer access to Fullscript, an online dispensary where patients can conveniently order professional-grade supplements recommended as part of their individualized care plan.
Where are you based?
I'm based in Airdrie, Alberta, and offer virtual naturopathic consultations to patients residing throughout the province.
Appointments are conducted online, allowing you to connect with me from wherever you are in Alberta.
